Gloucester Street Community Centre offers a range of services to the local community. It operates a OFSTED registered Childcare Service rated ‘Good’ in 2018, for children aged 5 to 16 years;
– Breakfast Club, 7:30am to 9am
– After School Club, 3pm to 6pm
– Holiday Scheme, 8am to 6pm
The Childcare Services are run throughout the year by qualified and experienced staff who are DBS checked. The After School Club provides a “drop-off” and “pick-up” service from surrounding local schools. The Community Centre also offers Emergency Childcare for Parents/Guardians requiring “short-term” childcare to attend interviews, hospital appointments or training.

Gloucester Street Senior Citizen’s Club
Members of this Club take part in a wide range of activities including Exercise Classes, Sewing Club, Day Trips, Dominoes and Movie Club. Run alongside it is the popular Luncheon Club which sells Caribbean Cuisine to the community.
Gloucester Street Youth Club – Every Wednesday (ages 8-12 yrs old) and Thursday (ages 13-16 yrs old) night, young people from across the neighbourhood access various activities, including; basketball, netball, street dance & volleyball. The young people also take regular planned trips and outings.
Gloucester Street Learning Centre – The Centre is also a registered educational HUB offering a variety of courses throughout the year. Our list of Community Courses coming soon are as follows:
